Failed Deliveries

If no one is home, we will leave a card through your door to re-schedule a delivery or  allow you to pick up the order from the depot.

Original Box and Packaging

Please keep hold of your original box and packaging for at least 30-days,  in the event, you need to return the product to us.  - Please keep the Electric Scooter box safe.

The Scooter is fully covered, including the electronics and battery, for 1 year from the date of purchase.

The warranty is provided by Doctor Scooter.

What the Warranty doesn't cover?

  1. Damage caused by vehicle modification using non-original accessories to modify the scooter
  2. Damage caused by violence and improper use or violent destruction
  3. Damages caused by traffic accidents
  4. Damage caused by natural or man-made water ingress, soaking
  5. The product sold does not match the time of the product warranty contract
  6. Damages after the warranty expiry date.

Returning your product because you changed your mind

Please return your item unused and in original condition (including all labels and tags intact)

and we’ll give you an exchange or refund, as long as your returned product meets our Terms & Conditions.

Please Note: Upon return there will be a 'goods check' to determine any loss of value for the product. Please see Terms & Conditions 

Returning a faulty item 

If you have received one of our products and it is damaged, none functional or is missing parts

we will ask you to send pictures of the issues before returning any goods to determine the best action to take.

If you would like to cancel your order, please include your order number when contacting us.

'Goods Check' 

When returning a product for a return or a refund the scooter will need to be checked by our specialist

for any loss of value. If a Loss of Value will be found we’ll need to reduce the amount we refund

you in line with the cost to us of replacing that item.  

Eligibility 

To be eligible for a refund the product must: 

  • Be in the same condition as at Delivery
  • Contain original products that were included inside the box (This includes: the box, scooter charger, cables, manuals and any other products)
  • Not have covered a distance of more than 2 miles
  • Not show signs of tampering or modifying
  • Not show signs of damage through miss-use

Please Note: If any of the Terms and Conditions are not met the product  

will not be Eligible for a Refund. Please also keep the Proof of Purchase

in order to Process the refund. 

Once a refund has been approved by the Doctor Scooter team we will  

refund your payment to your original payment method (i.e, card, Paypal account etc)

within 14 days. Please be aware that the refund can take up to 5 days to appear

in your bank account depending on who you bank with. Klarna, pay of over time,

refunds may take longer as Klarna need to arrange this refund.
