Warranty


What the Warranty Covers, and for how long?

The Scooter is fully covered, including the electronics and battery, for 1 year from the date of purchase.

Who is the Warranty Provider? 
The warranty is provided by Doctor Scooter.

How Can a Customer Claim on the Warranty?

What the Warranty doesn’t cover?

  • Damage caused by vehicle modification using non-original accessories to modify the scooter
  • Damage caused by violence and improper use or violent destruction
  • Damages caused by traffic accidents
  • Damage caused by natural or man-made water ingress, soaking
  • The product sold does not match the time of the product warranty contract
  • Damages after the warranty expiry date.
Delivery & Returns

 

Estimated Time of Arrival for Orders placed on Mondays to Thursdays

 

Scooters and Bikes

 

Orders for scooters and bikes placed before 1:00pm – Monday to
Thursday – will be dispatched same-day with an ETA between 8am to 6pm on the next working day.

For scooter/ bike servicing, requests for pick up will only be fulfilled
if the scooter has been repackaged securely. This includes a box with padding to prevent damages while the scooter is in transit. Please call 02079987374 for further details.

 

Parts and accessories

 

Customers have the option to request for next day or 2-3 days delivery. Orders for parts and accessories placed before 1pm from Mondays to Thursdays will be given priority, especially for next day delivery requests.

Orders above £100 are eligible for free next day delivery if the order is placed before 1pm.

Scooters and Bikes

 

Orders placed on before 1pm on Friday will be processed for next working day delivery.

Orders placed on Fridays after 1pm until 1pm on Mondays will be processed and dispatched on Monday with an ETA between 8am to 6pm on the next working day.

 

 

Parts and Accessories

 

Orders placed on before 1 pm on Friday will be processed for next day or 2-3 working days delivery as requested.

Orders placed on Fridays after 1pm until 1pm on Mondays will be processed and dispatched on Monday with an ETA as requested (next day/ 2-3 days).

 

 

 

Estimated Time of Arrival for Orders placed before and during Bank Holidays

 

Orders placed after 1pm on the day before, during the weekend before and throughout bank holidays, will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.
NB. Late deliveries are expected for orders processed before bank holidays.

Parcel Redirection
Tracking numbers will be provided to customers to enable them redirect parcels or to pick up from the courier depots. Please call us on 02079987374 and choose the customer service option for further assistance. Original Box and Packaging.

Please keep hold of your original box/packaging for at least 30-days in the event you need to return the product to us – Please keep the Electric Scooter box safe.
